Membership terms

What follows is the agreement between you and LIFE EXTENSION FOUNDATION BUYERS CLUB, INC. (EIN 86-0854434), which trades as LIFE EXTENSION FOUNDATION BUYERS CLUB INC and operates conscioushealingclub.com. It covers who may buy, what is promised, what is not, and which state's law decides any disagreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, placing an order, or subscribing to our SMS or email communications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Minimum age

Nothing here is sold to anybody under 18, and nobody under 18 can be added to the text programme. Placing an order is a statement that you are over that age and can enter into a binding agreement.

3. What we sell, and what it is not

Everything on this site, Club Select included, is a dietary supplement rather than a medicine. None of it is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and we will not describe it as though it were. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Responses differ between people and no outcome is promised. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional before you begin.

4. SMS Communications and TCPA Compliance

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the opt-in box, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from LIFE EXTENSION FOUNDATION BUYERS CLUB INC at the phone number provided, in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies based on promotions and account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time.
• Reply HELP to any message for customer support.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Sending something back

The return window is 90 days from delivery and it applies whether or not the seal is broken. Start it at hello@conscioushealingclub.com. Once the goods arrive back, the refund is put through to the original payment method and clears in 5 to 10 business days. We do not deduct a restocking fee.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of LIFE EXTENSION FOUNDATION BUYERS CLUB, INC. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. How far our liability goes

So far as the law allows, LIFE EXTENSION FOUNDATION BUYERS CLUB, INC. is not answerable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of this website or the products bought through it. Whatever we are answerable for is capped at what you actually paid for the product in question.

8. Law and venue

This agreement is made under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, with conflict-of-law principles disregarded, and any proceeding belongs in the courts sitting in Florida. Consumer protections available to you under your own state's law are unaffected.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. The membership subscription

Membership of the club is a separate thing from the goods it sells, and these terms treat the two separately.

• The subscription is paid once at the start of a term and buys access to the club price for that term. It is not credit, it is not a deposit against goods, and it carries no value if no order is placed.
• A term does not renew automatically. LIFE EXTENSION FOUNDATION BUYERS CLUB, INC. will write before a term ends to ask whether you would like another; if you do not reply, the membership lapses and nothing is charged.
• The subscription may be cancelled within 30 days of the start of a term for a full refund, whether or not orders were placed during that period. After 30 days the subscription is non-refundable for the remainder of the term.
• Membership is for one household. Orders may be despatched to any address you nominate, including an address that is not the billing address.
• Every member sees the same catalogue at the same price. The club operates no tiers, no premium level and no member-specific pricing.
• LIFE EXTENSION FOUNDATION BUYERS CLUB, INC. may end a membership and refund the unused portion of the term where the account is used fraudulently, or to resell club goods commercially.
